She’s Got Issues is a wickedly, witty tale of innocence and ambition set in a high fashion magazine loaded with Issues.

Chloe Rose, a wide-eyed, twenty-eight year old fashion fanatic has a dream. She wants to be Shoe Editor. Of course, there’s no such thing, but a girl can dream, can’t she?

When Chloe lands an interview at the hottest magazine in New York, "Issues," she can't wait for her glamorous life to begin. Unfortunately, she presses the wrong button on the elevator, gets off on the wrong floor, interviews for the wrong job and then gets the job -- only to find herself saddled with a frumpy, fifty-something boss, who is sporting pig tails and red lipstick -- but only on her teeth. And to make matters worse, she's wearing Aerosols -– proving once again that bad things do, in fact, happen to good people.

Chloe finds the Aerosols both disturbing and extremely confusing until she finds out that her boss has bunions the size of fully matured testicles. Chloe is determined to help. She strives to be the ideal employee, tackling every aspect of her inane job in sincere hope of helping her failing boss get back on track. Her only problem is that she keeps getting distracted by the magazine’s shoe closet and, on more than one occasion, finds she’s locked herself in. Worse yet, the same guy keeps rescuing her and she’s certain he overheard her talking to a pair of Mary Janes. Could he be the maintenance man? Cause I don’t think so.

Despite the proverbial cliquey fashion editors and villainous boss, Chloe manages to climb to the top of the masthead with charm, grace and impeccable style.

While the plot spins itself into a modern fairy tale, complete with a veritable prince charming with his very own Crest White Strip smile, readers won’t be able to resist the inner voice of Chloe, who echoes the soul of every girl who ever dreamed of standing on her own two feet in a killer pair of stilettos.

She's Got Issues will also speak to readers who know all too well that negotiating your way in a world full of women can be a daunting task. Chloe shows us how it’s done  -- innocently and hilariously –- against the oddest of odds.
