I’m not sure if I blogged about this or not. But a while ago I had my cholesterol checked and went on this huge diet because, according to Dr. Doshi, my numbers were “not hell-tea.”
I cut out all meat and dairy, started taking supplements, including fish oil, drank gallons of green tea and added flax to my diet. I also switched my morning dog walk from the flat nature center to the steep hills of the alpine boy scout camp.
Yesterday I got retested. I’ll get the results on Monday. So far the only thing she could tell me was that I gained five pounds.
